Bobby one lap
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

It was a cold, frosty, and icy on the park this morning but 187 people turned out to 5K their own way around, being VERY careful under foot. 35 hearty volunteers also arrived at 8.15 with a multitude of layers on. Elizabeth, Bill, Susanna & Bobby were the Goodgymers on duty. At the last minute Bobby decided he was going to run, then Bar Code Scan afterwards what a hardy man he is. He set off and on the first lap coming past us he did decide enough was enough. Well done Bobby you are a marvel. Kathryn and Alina were the other Goodgym runners today. Everyone today certainly earned their hot drink .
