We love to rock & (sausage) roll

290 people ran/walked/jogged their way around this 5K course on a very autumnal morning, amongst them where Goodgymers Bill, Rob, Beks, Susanna, Maddy, and first time parkrun Nikki. Well done to you all. Today’s Goodgym marshals were myself Timekeeping, (sporting my new 100 volunteer t shirt)Bobby number checker and Ralf out on the course. Volunteer marshals are essential to Parkrun’s, otherwise they can’t go ahead. Give it a try occasionally, you’ll love it. Next week there is no Catton parkrun as the fun fair is in the park for Halloween. Time to be a parkrun tourist I think
