Another Day Another Grapefruit

I think today might have been my 5th mission to do a food shop for Ms S. She nearly forgot to include grapefruits in her shopping list when I called this morning, but thankfully I know her shopping habits well enough now to have reminded her, phew! Don't judge, I drove for today's mission, I'm still achy from a circuit session yesterday evening, and I wanted to pick up some weekend beers whilst I was at the supermarket!
