Welcome to GoodGym Bristol! We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects in our area.

The Task: I'm busy confirming what exactly we'll be doing this week, it'll definitely be something amazing in our community. Check back soon for more details.

GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities and sometimes we have walking groups to the task to - runs will be listed as walkable closer to the time if so. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is.

We'll meet at Workout Harbourside on Welsh Back where you can use the lockers to store any bags you have. Please bring a padlock if you wish to do this. We meet at 6.20pm and will be back by 8pm.

Group run cancellation

Following extensive research, consultation with our trustees and work on how GoodGym as a community can play a positive role during the Coronavirus outbreak we have reached the conclusion to make extensive changes to our operations.

**All group runs will stop for the foreseeable future**

This decision has been made as these are the events at which most people gather and at which we are most at risk of spreading infection.
