These exercises are not the cure by any means. You may need to consider daily, your seating arrangements or lifting methods and much more (see a guru perhaps) but they may help offset some of the loads and will feel good should you have a healthy spine to begin with.
Go slowly keep it smooth and non jerky and try to make it a frequent routine in your week. Daily is good ; - )
As with many of the training ideas or health and fitness sessions - to do just once seems little point so for the sake of dates I will keep open until the end of the month as a listing but get busy with these now and beyond.
