Chilly afternoon up at the cycle park, plenty of mince pies and xmas tunes, all to setup some running and an appearance from one Goodgymmer. Despite my training mainly being Baileys and Quality street on the sofa, I still churned out a new PB and got on the podium! a lovely late Christmas present for me. Onto the next targets for 2023...
