We were only expecting 40+ patients this evening, so in the quiet gaps, the volunteers shared local history knowledge.

My mind was blown by stories of a great-great-great-grandmother born on HMS Victory and a cemetery where the cross Channel ferry port now is!

Every day's a school day.

(And I was so enthralled, I forgot to take a photo!)
