Wheelie Good Day

Mr J has missed going to the gym whilst they’re shut and wanted to continue to keep fit at home. He bought an exercise bike but as he is visually impaired he needed someone to assemble it for him. After a read of the instructions and a nice chat with Mr J, a bit of fiddling with an uncooperative bolt, I had it assembled and ready to go in what seemed like no time. Mr J was very happy for the help and I showed him where the controls were. Then I was off in perfect time to run to my next GoodGym task of the day, I love it when a plan comes together! 😀
