Back to the allotment

well, where do I begin, basically the allotment was VERY overgrown with Poppies! After emails from the allotment it was time to take action!

A mission was needed indeed! Wayne, Anne, James and I took to action, keeping to the government guidelines we got digging! Trying to pull up the weeds and clear the plot. After over an hour of hard work it was a much better improvement but with still a lot of work to do. We will need to be back next week, there are 5 spots up for grabs if you are interested in helping out. Anne and I were happy to take some Rhubarb home to enjoy. I will be making up a crumble for my daughter.

It was so nice to see everyone in person, it's been a strange few months, but I have enjoyed every week and being able to see everyone for our Zoom quiz nights. I am sure they are not over!!
