A slow and friendly marathon in Hyde Park... but you can join for however long you like :)

Hey friends,

I'm doing a little running challenge for charity over 3 days from 1st - 3rd October - and the first run will be a marathon in our city's beautiful Hyde Park on Friday 1st.

I've already exhausted BBC Sounds and Spotify, and humans are always much more fun and interesting than headphones, so please do come down and join for a jog and a natter :)

We'll be starting at 10.30 at the Hyde Park Corner entrance of the park, and from there, we'll be doing 5k loops. Absolutely everyone is welcome to join for as long or as little as they'd like. So if you want to join...

• either come down for the 10.30 start
• or simply arrive whenever you like and wait just inside the Hyde Park corner entrance for the next loop - we'll be coming by every 25-30 minutes or so (watch out for the GoodGym shirts!)

We'll be taking the run fairly steady - it won't be fast at all - and absolutely everyone is welcome to join, chat, laugh, and gently jog for as long or as little as they'd like. We'll be starting the last loop at c.1pm, so if you want to join, do come on down before then :)
