This evening we had 5 GoodGymers helping keep the Birmingham canals clean. It had been a while since the last pick so there was plenty to keep everyone busy.

After a good 30 minutes we managed to collect 2 full bags and left the canals spick and span. Once the "Good" was done it was time to get the "Gym" in, which consisted of a 15 minute fitness session in St Pauls Square. Tom led the way with the basketball hoops, while Rob showed he's an excellent Planker. Laura and Morwenna pulled each other along through the wall squats. Once that was done we all had a gentle jog back to 1000 Trades followed by some stretches and a few well earned refreshments.

Great work all!
