5 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Birmingham.

Tonight on a mild evening we set off for around 5k of running with Liam taking on the job of organising the route.
We ran into Ladywood, then back into the Jewellery Quarter, getting back to 1000 Trades in time for a Christmas social.
