Tonight we headed to the Canal for another litter pick.

It was quite a cool evening so we got running, then stopped on our adopted part of the towpath and got on with the task. Tom found a boot as you can see! Once done we dropped the bags off at Aston Lock and then got into an interval session.

The session involved a mix of timed efforts, making it into a pyramid workout. Everyone worked hard together, pulling each other a long, the last rep being especially fast! Once done Liam took us back to 1000 Trades, taking in a slightly longer route.
