Tonight we had Eve joining us for the first time at a rather cold GG Brum. It was also lovely to see some old faces back for a first time in a while :)

We set off to the canal, armed with our litter pickers. Once on the canal we split into two groups, with plenty of litter to pick. One of the groups even found some socks, hence the pun! Once done we put the full bags of rubbish into a nearby skip and David took us back to St Paul's Square.

Once at the square it was fitness sess time! Tonight's challenge was two lots of 6 min Fartlek efforts with 1 minute rest. The sess was a mix of 10 second, 20 second, 30, 40 and 1 minute efforts. Everyone worked well. Tom, Liam and Danny led the way. Eve put in a sterling effort on her first session (apparently her first fartlek session since she was 12!) Nadia ran fantastically with her bag on her back, James and Laura put in their usual good shift. Once done, Liam took the selfie and we headed back to 1000 Trades.
