Plogging along the Canal!
3 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

Tonight we had three GoodGymer's ready for our canal plog.
We set out armed with litter pickers and a bag, heading for the canal. We filled one big bag, collecting litter around a bench before heading up to Aston Lock, for the drop off.
Myself, Ben and James then headed along the canal together, taking in Millenium Point before peeling off to New Street station.
