Also Endure 24 is coming up and lots of us need to get our training into action for that!
So let's get out together to help motivate each other and finish the week in a positive, active way. We'll go at a pace to suit the group, we'll have a chat while we run, and we'll all feel much better for it.

There is free parking on Boyn Hill Road. The restriction on the Eastern side of the road just South of the A4 is only first thing in the morning.
