100 For Captain Sir Tom
In memory of Captain Sir Tom Moore
Dame Kelly Holmes has set a challenge, in association with her community ‘Military In Motion’, to honour the memory of Captain Sir Tom Moore and all he did to lift our spirits and raise money for the NHS.
From Monday to Friday, 8th February - 25th June, 5 days a week for 20 weeks (a total of 100 days) we will be following the 4 sets of 25 exercises set out each day by Dame Kelly. The first week’s exercises can be found on her YouTube channel:
Don’t forget to tag @damekellyholmes and @militaryinmotion in any social media posts using #100. Don’t worry if you can’t manage the full 100 days, just do as much as you can.
