A select bunch (technical term) of GoodGymmers gathered in the still quite dark evening to take up litter pickers and deliver Bristol from rubbish. Well, a bit of Bristol, anyway!

Somehow, Richard was not only able to move after his 45-mile Green Man ultra (he came 23rd, did he mention that?) he was able to actually run - HOW? In honour of this achievement, there was an additional task to get a photo with a green man, whilst separating recycling from litter and therefore being a green team.

Bumping into Marky in Redcliffe will hopefully lead to a task request to get back and help their gardening efforts - being seen is top advertising!

There were lots of other running groups about, but no others were armed with pickers, doing good whilst getting fit :-)
