I could hear Ms B's squeaking door from the end of her corridor, and by the time I reached her front door she welcomed me into her "haunted house". It's fair to say the door hinges really did have some squeak to them, but a few judicious and well aimed squirts of WD40 later and everything was quiet once more in her flat.

After a few tries of the door, Ms B and I both agreed we'd banished the ghosts for now - but if they do ever return, Ms B now knows how and where to wield her WD40 can to disperse them once again...
