Last night was epic. EPIC!! Am I too old to use that word? Probably. Anyway, I have decided (so that I don't miss anything out), to cover everything off using the power of numbers. Numbers. I'm like a poor man's Carol Vorderman.

53 is the number of people that turned up. That is a record. An actual bonafide record. The biggest turn out to any Goodgym task EVER.

1 is the birthday GoodGym Lambeth Celebrated last night. The big ONE. And what a night to celebrate.

4 is the number of the BBC radio station we will all be on thanks to Henrietta interviewing us all

6 is the number of swear words I said during the night… that is a record too. I was on my besets behaviour coz of the media innit?

21 is the number of new starters that came last night. And welcome to you all. You were brilliant and my night was all the better for seeing your lovely faces

4.2 is the number of miles we covered running to and from the Food Bank in Vauxhall

362 is the number of kilos of food we shifted at the Food Bank… not bad eh?

14 is the number of minutes it took to sort the 362 kilos of food. Speedy

8 is the number of prison squats completed in the circuits

55 seconds is the time of the winning sprint from Tom Benson

27 is the age that James Barnard celebrated turning. Bit older than Justin Bieber, bit younger than Bruce Forsyth.

3 is the number of cakes we ate last night… thank you to Beth and Sarah for their seriously good bakes.

11 is the rumoured amount of pints Katie Welford drank in the pub afterwards.

Next week we are off to the Portico Gallery in West Norwood (email to follow later this week)…. Please all come again, I loved last night and I'd like more of the same x
